Terms of Service
1. Introduction & Acceptance
Thanks for your interest in Tapora!
Tapora is a work hour registration platform currently in closed beta. By signing up for our waitlist, accessing a preview version of Tapora, or otherwise using our services during this early stage, you agree to these Terms of Service.
These terms are intentionally light — we’re still shaping Tapora based on real user feedback. That said, we still need to cover a few basics to protect both you and us.
If you continue using Tapora during this phase, it means you’re okay with these terms. If you have questions, reach out anytime at support@tapora.eu.

2. Who Can Use Tapora
Tapora is designed for professional use — employees, freelancers, and teams who need to track work hours. By using Tapora, you confirm that you're allowed to use the service under the laws of your country, and (if applicable) that you have permission to sign up on behalf of your organisation.
What you should know
3. Early Access Terms
Tapora is in early access. That means:
- Features may change, break, or disappear without notice.
- We may pause or limit access to the service at any time.
- We make no promises about uptime, accuracy, or results — especially in this beta stage.
- We appreciate your feedback, and we're relying on your input to make Tapora better.
What you should know
4. Acceptable Use
Don't do anything illegal, abusive, or harmful with Tapora. Specifically:
- Don't impersonate someone else.
- Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
- Don't use Tapora to track people without their knowledge or consent.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property
The Tapora name, logo, interface, and all original content we've created are protected by copyright, trademark, or other IP rights. You can't copy, modify, or reuse any part of Tapora's platform or branding without our written permission.
You, however, retain full rights to the data you enter into Tapora — your hours, team setup, and any other content you create or upload.
What you should know
6. Privacy
We take privacy seriously. How we collect, use, and protect your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms by reference.
We follow EU data protection laws (including GDPR), and we don't sell your data. Period.
What you should know
7. Liability Disclaimer
During this beta phase, Tapora is offered "as is" — without any warranties or guarantees.
We do our best to provide a reliable service, but we're not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Downtime or service interruptions
- Errors in time tracking or reporting
- Any legal issues arising from how you use the platform
You use Tapora at your own risk — especially in this early stage.
What you should know
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as Tapora evolves — for example, when we launch paid plans or release new features. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know by email or in-app notification.
Minor edits (like clarifying wording) may be made without notice. The most recent version is always available at tapora.eu/terms.
